I dont see how it could be Diaz given he's openly said he could give a rat's ass about titles he just wants McGregor.

I kind of cringe with how hard Woodley is trying to force his own "money" fight though. He's forgetting a very important variable. You have to be somewhat of a draw, compelling and or entertaining to successfully pull this off. He's non

Hope its Diaz so he can get his asswhooped in a big fight again and his stanbase can be reminded how overrated he is. I also don't see him as this big ppv seller without McG, Dana probably desperate right now.

For Woodley to make headlines he would need to call out other champs in the UFC or other organizations to stir up buzz...

As far as Nate goes :manny: if he's fighting again and getting more money for him and his people cool. If not hope he's still getting money

Tyron Woodley vs. . .Nate Diaz!

What in the fukkkk! The UFC out here doing anything. I would hate to be a legitimate contender in their organization. No respect shown! Dana and the UFC matchmakers out here playing with their fighters lives and money.

I'm just glad Nate will actually make Woodley work. Woodley's managed to fight 3 five round fights with minimal effort when his cardio was always a question mark.

Kamaru lost his opponent and started a twitter beef with Darren Till. I'd hate to see one of those two prospects knocked off with how hard it is to get high ranked guys to take a fight these days but that's a damned dream fight for me. Future of the division fight.

Imagine if Nate wins and holds up another division for Conor :russ:

I mean, it definitely won't happen. Nate is easy work for Tyron. But if the UFC book themselves into a corner again :mjlol:

call me crazy but I am not so sure. Woodley ain't really a technical striker like say GSP or Edgar. So Diaz has length, distance, striking and cardio advantage. All Woodley has is a spurt of power for the right punch. He would avoid taking Diaz down like the plague so it would essentially be a stand up fight. Which suits Diaz all day, the amount of volume shots he will pepper Woodley with coupled with fatigue could eventually break him

I remember that Nate couldn't really do anything off his back against DHK. Nate also tired easily when he was grappling with DHK and Rory. Maybe you're right though. I don't think Woodley is going to engage Diaz standing up, but crazier things have happened...maybe he'll stand up with Nate to increase his profile since he's finally gotten a "money fight" with Nate.

It's just insane for Nate to get a title shot at 170. What has he done at 170 to deserve it? What's the point of working hard and fighting your way to the top when someone who hasn't fought in a long ass time and is coming off a loss can just swoop in and steal a title shot. What a joke.

If Woodley's smart he wrestles, but I don't think Nate's nearly as easy a match-up as a lot of people are making him out to be. Woodley's gotten by three straight fights by conserving energy and the one thing Nate is guaranteed to do is to force him to work until the fight is over. If Nate's chin holds into round 3, I think Woodley slows down and things get interesting.

I wouldn't say nate becoming the WW champion is interesting it's actually quite a daunting thought but we are in the age of fukkery:ld:
