I like his style but he's been insufferable since he started this hokey gimmick of wearing shades in doors like the rock. His trash talk makes my blood boil, like the tenor in his voice as he was trying to belittle lee on FS1. Its better for the sport that he destroys Lee but boy I wouldn't oppose the alternative hes due some serious humbling
How the fukk you figure that? :wtf:

Do you want Leonardo Santos or a will brooks as LW champion? Because that is the dangerous territory we will be entering with Kevin Lee as the man. Every prelim stalwart will have new life. He's clearly still finding his craft and only fighting for the title due other forces than merit

Lee's not just some prelim stalwart though. He's won 9 of 10 and 5 in a row, has 4 straight finishes and a 16-2 overall record. Chiesa may be slept on but that's a high quality win plus he wouldn't get the title fight if Khabib had made weight or Diaz didn't demand big money. The other guys ahead of him were either already booked (Eddie and Gaethje) or had already lost to Ferguson (Barboza). So he really got a combination of consistency and lucky timing to get this shot which isn't even for the undisputed title.

With Nate/Conor looking likely and Lee calling out Khabib; could wind up that he fights Chiesa, Ferguson and then Khabib in route to that shot. If he managed that run, it'd be a well earned title shot. Even with Chiesa, Ferguson he'll have done more than the last two contenders in the MW division and like half of Mighty Mouse's opponents :russ:

True true, thanks for reminding me. While I still think this is going to be a huge mismatch (seriously, RDA fukks up Lee, Tony is going to murder this kid). it is the right matchup for now and hey, Lee has a chance to make me look stupid.

the exchange with Werdum made me dislike Ferg. He was the jerk in the situation, imo.
Tony’s persona is complete trash :heh:

“You don’t want none of this dawg”
*stands up and actually looks at Werdum* “Oh big man, big man” :camby:

“Get outta here before I ankle pick you”
Yeah you’re gonna ankle pick a jiujutsu champion Tony
