Benson is done. Dude just isn't motivated. He shouldn't be struggling with mediocre fighters like big pit bull

Pico's defense is awful. Dude needs to shore that up. Guys like curran will take his head off

I don't know what the fukk Larkin was thinking chasing Daley around like that

Bendo 1-3 in Bellator :pendejo:

I'm not surprised. Same things I hated about him in his UFC prime is hurting him now.

Dude is still a wonky/incomplete striker with that TKD base. Still has no power or skillls to threaten fighters standing. Still has nothing going with his boxing/hands. For someone with a grappling base, still isn't dominant when playing to any of his strengths.

Bu b but leg kicks! But he slicked his hair back out of his face, he's smooth!

Can any of you tell me how "ground and pound" can be legal in MMA?
I mean elbows dangerous too but that's borderline but ground and pound? It mostly consists of bashing a knocked down man's skull to the canvas so the back of his head bounces on the canvas and receives repeated blows. Isn't that like the surefire way to get killed in the ring? I still doN't hear about occasions it costed a life why is that...? Simply luck and it's an accident waiting to happen or the canvas is so flexible that it totally absorb the energy of the punch or something...?
