With the way everyone now acts at pressers, the owners idea of "super" fights that have fans like :dwillhuh: and TUFs meathead beginnings still being at the core of the shows content in 2017, :patrice: starting to feel maybe UFC ain't aimed at my generation anymore :leon:

UFC fighter Angela Magana says Cris 'Cyborg' Justino is gonna pay for punching her in the face this past weekend ... telling TMZ Sports she's lawyer'd up and is ready to sue.

We spoke to Magana who says she's "most definitely" suing Cyborg for her medical bills and has been cooperating with authorities ... who she claims are pursuing felony assault charges.

(As of now, Cyborg has only been cited for misdemeanor battery.)

Angela also calls B.S. on people who say she had it coming after taunting Cyborg online ... saying Justino needs to have thicker skin.

Magana also sent a message to Cyborg.

"You f***ed up, big time. You can't do what you did. I'm gonna get you as hard as I can get you."

:ehh:

There was Gegard Mousasi, on the set of the FOX Sports 1 show UFC Tonight on Wednesday, chatting it up with hosts Michael Bisping and Kenny Florian.

If the highly ranked middleweight contender was featured on what’s widely considered a company-friendly platform, that must mean he signed a new deal with the UFC, right?

Well, not quite. Mousasi reported on the show that he’s still yet to come to a deal, and that he wasn’t impressed with the company’s latest offer.

“It’s not good,” deadpanned Mousasi. “We don’t like it.”

Mousasi indicated the UFC has six weeks left in its exclusive negotiating period. If the parties can’t come to a deal within that time frame, Mousasi would be free to pursue offers from other promotions.

The former Strikeforce light heavyweight champion, who finished his contract with five straight wins, the last four via finish, maintains what he’s said all along, which is that his record and fan following prove he deserves elite money.

“I’m co-main event all the time, so it’s not like people don’t know me,” said Mousasi, who indicated a Luke Rockhold matchup is the one which interests him most, should he re-sign with the company.

Mousasi has continued doing work with the UFC since his last fight, his UFC 210 win over Chris Weidman. He made a promotional appearance in Singapore recently and was at last weekend’s UFC Athlete Retreat in Las Vegas.

Asked about the retreat, Mousasi took another opportunity to jab at the issue of UFC fighter pay.

“It was fun, but then Kobe Bryant comes, he talks about investing $100 million, and you have fighters sitting there who make $10,000 (show money) plus $10,000 (win bonus),” Mousasi said. “So, it didn’t make any sense. Other than that, it was great and they treated us very well.”

and bisping needs to fukk up, defend the belt or rehab that knee that keeps on getting bad whenever a middleweight contender calls you out

UFC champ Michael Bisping: Yoel Romero-Robert Whittaker winner simply gets 'participation award'
Yoel Romero and Robert Whittaker will fight for the interim middleweight title at UFC 213, but reigning champion Michael Bisping would like to make one thing clear.

“That doesn’t mean they’re fighting for my title,” Bisping said tonight on “UFC Tonight” on FS1. “Nobody’s fighting for my title right now. Let’s just make this clear: Romero and Whittaker are fighting, and one of them gets a participation award. That’s all it is.”

Floyd vs Conor does nothing for Floyd but get him more money which is pretty much everything for Floyd when it comes to Money May.

On the flip side yes Conor gets paid as well but I think he is gonna be a lot sharper when it comes to his stand up. He already fell in love with his amateur hands but I can only imagine him just constantly practicing his hands his gonna be a force to reckon with coming back.

He would still need to work on his bjj or wresting but if you can't get him to the ground it's gonna be a long night. I think at least training for Floyd makes Conor a better fighter for when he returns to the UFC. Which then he will capitalize with their marketing.
