I watched a documentary a while back about Jose Canseco getting off of roids, and the stuff his body was going through was brutal. When you've had sustained usage of PEDs your body completely stops making natural hormones, and it doesn't start again even when you get off of the PEDs. Canseco needed synthetic testosterone just have his body function normally after stopping the juice. Without TRT I'm sure Vitor's male hormone levels are well below what they should be for a normal man of his age.
