One of 2 things Viacom have realized the "urban" invasion hasn't increased awareness and want to make bellator "great" again. Or with Tito gone they want to load up that division.
I don't even know how you can be a free agent find out what you are valued at and still not get signed by anyone. Sounds like Larkin had his own price and neither company were buying. Was never particular a fan but his last couple of fights he was showing strides, sounds like it's ONefc or bust
