The Aldo stuff is :wow: Dana said he will make it up to him tho...

Don't get the Woodley hate...

Conor wasn't lying about Eddie being sloppy when trying to finish RDA...

Eddie just gotta be ready to take that first clean left. Conor lands them on everyone... I feel like Eddie is gonna rush Conor and drop him on his back... from then on it's :manny:

Whats not to get sbout the Woodley hate? I remember a couple years ago the popular consensus on Woodley was he had a "boring" style. So he already wasnt well liked, then he sits out and waits for the title shot, so tht makes him boring, AND black, AND entitled. Then he goes into that Lawler fight with fans and experts completely writing him off and KO's the fan favorite and then starts making demands. Of course he's gonna get hate in todays climate by the majority white mma fans

Agreed but I had the same reaction when Stephens voice was heard and the camera did not show who was speaking. Did not understand the Woodley hate the chorus of boos while wonderboy was just soaking up the cheers was irking

The Woodley hate is 10000% rooted in racial hatred. Cacs do NOT LIKE outspoken black fighters. If you go to the UG or Sherdog, you'll find endless amounts of posts of cacs blasting him for "playing the race card" (because he stated as a matter of fact that he's called a ****** every day on twitter especially since beating Lawler like it was nothing) while simultaneously calling him a "racist" (cacs love turning it on us) for commenting on Ferguson where he's from. Not hard to see what it is.

MMA fans, at least in the United States, are for the most part either frat bros, virginal miscer type losers who live vicariously through white fighters, or part of the Breitbart crowd (or a combo of all three). That's why cocky white fighters like McGregor (and Sonnen before him) are their gods.

With the exception of Rumble (because he's unusually and effusively modest for any fighter of any race/nationality etc.), EVERY prominent black fighter is reviled. Usually for stuff they praise or at least don't mind from a white fighter.

I'm curious how Dana could make it up for Aldo not getting a rematch with connor. The money he could have made. There has to be something else behind the scenes that would wantvto make Aldo leave.

Alvarez technique ain't the best but he's always been powerful though. If I'm correct, he took some good shots from RDA as well. 6 fukkin weeks :blessed:

Everything about the Eddie situation doesn't make sense. You are the "champ" on the last fight of your contract and are offered a fight against the biggest draw the game has ever had and you fight it out? How does he not have the leverage to request a new contract :mindblown:

Ps I know Connor is a millionaire and all but he spoke out of turn commenting on alveraz's contract and calling everyone broke bums. Needs to remember most UFC reigns are like NFL RBs

he had the belt for 6 years and defended it 9 times and rather than give him an immediate rematch (which I don't think made sense) the dude that has his belt has been allowed to take 3 fights outside of the division. Ain't no behind the scenes nothing its painfully blatant

It's a risk and also shows the confidence Eddie has. If Eddie wins, he has even more leverage than before. Bellator most likely will be knocking at his door as well.

I'm far from one of those annoying "MMA purists', but thats fukked up....Aldo should have gotten next. Conor really does run the UFC though, hes their biggest draw and has a pass to do what he wants. Even got his bum ass homeboy artem still fighting in the ufc

If he "came home" to bellator and dropped the UFC LW title in the trash on live TV :whoo:
