Anderson didnt save 200, people need to cut the bullshyt. Nobody that wasnt gonna purchase the ppv after Jones got popped, changed their minds because Anderson signed on. Im sure DC was gonna make over a million to fight Jones and he ended up making 400k instead to fight Anderson, thats a paycut and he didnt voluntarily take it to save the card. He took it because almost half a million is better than no payday atall.

Hunt says he was injury free so cut that BS as well. And people need to stop trying to downplay what Brock did as if anyone in the division could neutralize Hunt like that. Its kill or be killed with that guy and Brock manhandled him after sitting out for 4 years so give that man his props and stop being salty people

There are guys in the division who could neutralize him all the same, Stipe and JDS both beat him more convincingly and Stipe did it the same way, takedowns and GnP. I'd expect Cain to win in the same fashion too. Props to Brock for the win, but it wasn't anything that makes me expect him to do much against the elite fighters in that division.

I'm not even convinced he beats Rothwell tbh, Ben's managed to stop dudes who shoot sloppy and hang around the hips too long in the past. I wouldn't trust him to beat Lewis either. So in as shallow and top heavy a division as they come, the guy tops out at 5th and might be lower than that. He's not worth any hype.

Before the injury Cain was supposed to get a title shot, so it's the same case as giving Khabib a shot. Dude didn't beat a fighter that warrants being a contender this time, but he was already lined up for the shot so he gets some leeway. The only other HW who really has a case is JDS, but that only makes sense if Stipe wins since Overeem KO'ed him. If Brock wanted to fight again, it should be against the loser of Stipe and Reem; I'd rather see him against Derrick Lewis just to see the two strongest fighters (imo) in the UFC matched up, but Brock's name power warrants a quick run to a title shot.
