That's like a movie montage scene.

As a matter of fact this whole situation is like a movie. The once cocky and proud champ loses his belt and goes to prison because of his ego getting out of control, his mortal enemy steps up to win his title, and then the former champ meets a wise, old mentor in prison that helps him get his head on straight and get his life back together.

If this was a movie, DC would purposely get himself imprisoned so he can fight Jones.

From July 2013, Mousasi calling out Vitor:
I know the UFC wants to see this fight happen as they offered it to me for UFC Belo Horizonte in September. I could not take the fight because I just had surgery. So, it is inevitable that Vitor and I are going to have to meet first to determine who the #1 contender is. So my opinion is that we should also fight on December 28th on the same card as Anderson v. Weidman II to determine the #1 contender spot for the UFC middleweight title.

"It is as simple as this. Vitor and I were supposed to fight in the past for both Affliction and now the UFC. Vitor knows that it is inevitable that we are going to have to meet in the Octagon."

Another injured champ :shaq2: I say give Cerrone a keep busy fight in the meantime.

As nice as it would sound for Cowboys pockets. He is really risking a title shot. If he is just about the money then I'd say go for it but he would be fighting the 4th-6th rank fighter... Which I'm sure he could beat Gilbert Melendez but :patrice: everyone is either injured or has a fight waiting or them in the lw division. Eddie Alvarez is another choice for cowboy but that's risking a lot too.

again?? I'd rather see cowboy/Diaz 2 than that. Especially since Diaz' career has nosedived since the benson fight. But if they cant fight before that horrid reebok deal takes place than its best for cowboy just to wait for his shot.
