you and many others act like this is naturally who he is, before his controversial loss to cowboy (who the ufc didn't think bendo was important enough to notify about being his opponent) I don't recall any of this. Dude knew he could've easily been fitch'd with his most recent L and recognizes what cowboy does is effective so is imitating, It's sort of a dry way of licking coporate ass

Ben was the champ for two years, so it's not like he could run around issuing challenges to people at a whim. But even then he was more active than just about every other champion on the roster. The guy has always been an active fighter, so saying that he's somehow sucking up for wanting to take fights is ridiculous.

And to insinuate that there was any chance Ben was going to get released is asinine. There's no way Dana would have risked having a former UFC champ still in his prime get snatched up by Bellator or any other organization.

let's not try and be cute, Ben has no power or pull with zuffa if he was active it's because he was one of the few "healthy" champions the ufc could slot on to their many shows ie Fox specials giving it some marquee. And they don't lose cuz he wasn't exactly a draw.

before his controversial loss to cerrone do you recall him being such a social media whore? I dont

don't be so sure, u can always tell when zuffa are sweet on a champ and after bendos many title reigns Dana was always apathetic as fuk like "what do u want me to say, it's a Ben Henderson fight". All it takes is bendo over pricing his worth at negotiations and he's cut after going 2-3 at that point, hell zuffa have cut folks for less.

And what would he do at bellator other than destroy their LW and possibly WW division from within? Do you honestly think zuffa would sweat cutting him because he could potentially draw eyes to bellator?

bu bu but the ufc is a monopoly.

As embarrassing as this looks for them I seriously doubt there was something in the fine print that their lawyers missed. This was just a charade to weaken the premise behind the anti-trust law suit

Woodley/Hendricks are in talks for UFC 189. Right now, Woodley has a broken foot and will have 3 weeks left in a boot. He said he wants Hendricks and he'll be conservatively ready in the summer, but he'll anything in his power to be ready if the UFC makes the fight. Sauce is UFC Tonight.

how many more statement fights is this guy going to fumble though. When in SF the marquart fight was the first gauge on how he would fare in the big leagues. Thing is nate was:flabbynsick: and he still outclassed him. Then came McDonald and the less said about that the better. Now he wants Hendricks and when he is embarrassed there then what.? I suppose he is going to run with that Condit win for what it's worth but no one that sees that fight ain't walking away from it like :patrice:

For UFC 189, we'll have Matt Brown vs Nate Diaz at welterweight.

For FS1 33, we'll have a 5 round main event with Frank Mir vs Todd Duffee.

Nate is moving back up? Good hes not fighting a wrestler. I still got him losing. I don't think he is strong enought to stay out the clinch. Mir vs Duffee main event? I am assuming thats Duffee is from SD? Early KO by him
