In other divisions belfort would have had to face the next dude for the interim by now under the rationale "hes going to have to face everyone anyway"..By the time this fight happens its going to be roughly 2 years since belfort fought, but this is about giving the most deserving guy a shot from a business standpoint belfort's name aint going to fetch that many buys having been out so long.

Daley's ground game still needs work. But put him up against any striker and he'll do pretty well. He has the potential to crack the top 10 in the UFC. And the match-ups for him are plentiful: vs Brown, Erick Silva, Thiago Alves, Lombard, Condit, etc.

As many already know, unfortunately my opponent got hurt again, postponing once again my 3rd world conquest in the UFC. I want a good and speedy recovery. I had the same injury in my training fight against Jon Jones, and I know how much it bothers you. The focus remains the same: FIGHT WITH Weidman SOON THE TITLE OF AVERAGE

I'd give him the slight advantage over Tarec.

A Matt Brown fight would surprise people. Daley is the better striker, while Brown is the better all-around fighter.

Lombard looked awful in his last fight. If he comes in looking the same vs Daley, he would lose. If Hector decides to use a judo-heavy strategy, I would def. favor him.

A fight with Condit would be a war. I'd favor Condit, but wouldn't count out Daley.

Same with a fight with Robbie. I'd def favor Robbie, but Daley has the tools to pull off a major upset.

Semtex would lose to the rest of fighters in the top 10.

naw...you might be overrating his power a little bit. it's good but not great.. he still hasn't evolved past being the brit with a good left hook. How old is this guy anyway?
