We're gonna round out the staff with guys from Central New Mexico State and Northern Iowa type programs. The schools content with the natty, and its all downhill from here fam. I've seen this story play out already.
After looking at this rationally, dude just wanted to try his hands at the NFL. He was already the highest paid S&C in all of college.
Not ideal, but Jim, Jay, Minter, Herbert been had their minds made up.
I think it will be a high profile name but will it be the right high profile name.

Depending on how bad it really is right now (within the athletic department) .. I'd contemplate pulling a Bill Belicek and resigning before I ever coach a single game. If the AD isn't behind him, and isn't gonna be willing to help him succeed, then why go through with the job? He's a hot commodity right now.. he'll get a job in a heartbeat. Not to mention, it'll give Michigan the biggest black eye in terms of perception.
I hope his agent is working overtime right now and going through ALL options for Sherrone. He's too good of a dude to get railroaded.

I just don't think Michigan is gonna open up their checkbooks. If they wont to retain a national championship winning staff, why would they open it up to an 'outsider' ??
And it looks like the Chargers gave Herbert 5 a year (same as Harbaugh) 10M dollar deal. 2M per.
I mean Jim, his son, and Minter were never in play. Gone no matter what was offered.
Herbert is arguable but Feldman did leak the news he would bounce hinting this might have already been decided as soon as they raised that trophy. I'll wait for an official number to come out but Michigan was already paying top dollar.
The defensive coordinator hire will tell us everything.
It feels like spite on Harbaugh end as well. No matter the explanation or how much people make fun of Warde and trash him, Harbaugh is hurting Michigan. I said Johnson Loveland Grant and Moore were off limits, I better not be made to look stupid. I wonder how the people that donated all that money to the NIL collective feel

We literally hired Sherrone Moore without doing any sort of coaching search (I was down with it) because he was supposed to be able to keep consistency and camaraderie going.
So now..
* He's not getting any NIL help (Warde already said as much)
* They're not giving assistant coaches the bonuses that was promised to them by Harbaugh (I'm assuming because Jim is gone)
* They're letting the one guy that (along with Moore) can keep guys happy and motivated, go.. in Ben Herbert.
* Word is Clink is out too.
* Hart is AWOL.
* Jim's got his eyes set on bringing Elston to LA too.
* Our best returning players are already in contact with other schools.
But, relax? Naa. Michigan's athletic department are a bunch of incompetent fukks. They don't give a shyt about sports, period. I've already come to terms with it. I got my natty tho .. so I really don't give a fukk what happens to the program for the rest of my days. They can burn it to the fukkin ground for all I care.
