Go look at Texas boards right now lol, it's a dumpster fire. Hell, look at the Coli's Texas thread lol. Fans aren't happy. I'm not saying they all want Herman outta there, but he is very clearly on the hot seat. Whereas Harbaugh has been here for 5 years, hasn't won a damn thing, and people are fine with it because Michigan gets to beat up on weak programs in September. Zero Big Ten championships. 0 wins against Ohio State. Three straight bowl game losses. You don't get a trophy for "repairing a program" like Michigan. This isn't Rutgers or Illinois.

Firing a winning coach means having a replacement set, in my view. The most common name I’ve heard is Matt Campbell. Had an nfl qb in a bad defensive conference & went 7-5. Jason Garrett & Doug Marrone wanted the job in 2014. Should we want them now? Lol

I thought it was gonna be McGrone, Ross and Anthony next year? :snoop:

Man wtfffffffff

This transfer bothers me. Sitting behind white boy glasgow & Gil. It also bothers me because we know more is coming. Mazi Smith? Hinton? Tarik? Milton? We can’t just hide behind “he got beat out, he mad!” Because Mcgrone was never going to play but got on the field due to injury and produced.

That’s one thing about Harbaugh that will never change. And it’s one of the MAIN reasons that I’d be ok with him being replaced. He consistently plays guys that aren’t as talented as the younger ones, because they’re upper class man, and less likely to fukk up. When you can have 4 and 5 stars littered on your squad, you play them, and you coach them up from their mistakes. That’s how they learn. That’s how they get reps.

Can you believe Dax wouldn’t have gotten any burn without injury? Same with Cam? And a few others?

Hopefully DB takes the Boston college job and a younger DC sells Jim on change. I’ve always believed Don Brown to have autonomy on defense.....then we saw Ben Mason at DT. We’ll see

It’s hard enough to keep these 4 and 5 stars out for a redshirt year.. but expecting them to sit 2.... THREE years without even a taste of the field? Naa.

I’d dip too :yeshrug:

They hadn’t even been playing in blowouts. Why the starters still in when we up 30 on Rutgers? Or ND, etc

Damn, Master Teague made 3rd team all B1G from playing in blowouts. Jim not good in developing talent and that’s part of the reason why if he not getting young guys game reps in blowouts.

If you go on the boards, the fans get livid at that. Everyones wondering why we've got our first string in there. Going ham. While the backups are like :mjcry: 'maybe next week'

Thats my #1 gripe about Harbaugh. Development sucks. And thats not something that just magically 'changes'

I wouldn't fire Harbaugh this year. But he should be on the hot seat next season, plain and simple. What is the standard? What is the expectation? Think about next season...new QB, first game on the road in Washington. Granted they have a new coach and some turmoil but it's still a decent opponent. Then you got a gauntlet of tough games starting week 4...Wisconsin, PSU, at MSU, at Minny. At OSU for the last game of the season, which we might as well count as an auto loss. What if this team goes 9-3 again? Will you guys be saying the same shyt? "Oh we have to keep Harbaugh, he's winning games and he had a first year QB so..."
:hhh:

Can he win 8-10 games infinitely without winning the Big Ten and be gucci in your eyes?

Goddamn, he sonned Harbaugh and Michigan's coaching like crazy. :picard:

That fake "look to the sideline to change the play" was embarrassing
full

Not fair. Justin's online classes gave him extra time to practice on his acting skills to sell it

Breh, he was basically laughing at Michigan incredulously. :picard:

Flat out said osu was using the exact same plays as the year before and Michigan didn't adjust. :picard:

Said osu was using bush league tactics with the fake outs and they still worked. :picard:
