Id only ring any kind of alarm if players left. Devin Asiasi was supposed to play a huge part of this '18/'19 push, but besides that, if the players return who's expected to, I dont see what to stress over. Playing musical chairs with the coaching staff a bit to find the right fit is modern college football.

Bro, I’m a realist. I’ve been involved with this game for far too long. shyts trending in the wrong direction, and instead of making logical decisions, Jim’s got nikkas scratching their heads repeatedly. From kids he recruits, to staffing. So much head scratching. All around.

Jim was supposed to be the second coming. You know damn well you were put on notice when he was hired. He’s been great everywhere he’s been. Dudes lookin mighty comfy collecting that 9 mil per year for subpar results. Dudes all relaxed and accepting on the sidelines this whole year. I don’t care to hear about injuries. He rode with a Speight, then to OKorn then 4 (damn near5) star Peters. Yet we can’t complete a simple 10 hard out route. Not a single fukking slant ran all year. Hitches. Everywhere.

You know I usually agree with you but I felt like Harbaugh's demeanor this year is due to the fact that they were a young team. Like he figured it'd be a rough year so he was resigned to that fact. 8-4 was the floor and we hit it.
Yeah we hado no business losing the bowl, but really why do we give a shyt?
Beating or losing to some mediocre squad in a mediocre bowl game doesn't mean shyt when you're already mediocre.
Year 4 was supposed to be the year since the Hoke demons should all be exercised. Nothing has really changed.

Anyone with common sense would give it 4 years. That's a full cycle and he has his seniors. He inherited a 5-7 team, over achieving in year 1 doesn't change that. That's why I was upset when they fired RichFraud after 3. Let him get his seniors and one last shot to fix the defense.
Think giving coaches adequate time to recruit and install their system is blind caping brehs.

Fair enough. Like @Sherminator said, we’ll just have to wait and see. I’m just not feeling the fact that we regressed so badly this year.
Were we young? Sure. But is that a reason for the undisciplined play? What about he lack of fundamentals?
