Just finished the season and man! :whew:

Wasn't really a Punisher fan growing up and didn't really care for the three movies that released so went into this show with low expectations. I thought it would get boring after maybe five episodes but I was wrong.

The show dealt with a lot of issues like PTSD, veterans issues, gun control, right wing extremism, politics, the war on terror, black ops, etc.

This show was so good that you wouldn't even think this was based on a comic book. Netflix has outdone themselves with this show!

This show got like no buzz whatsoever, it was completely swallowed up JL's negative press. The true indicator that it kind of flopped is you don't see many reviews on it and the ones you do are from critics that got an early screening.

Would have thought this would be good water cooler talk:leon:

Just finished last night. They did a really great job like you said covering so many topics while still keeping the main storyline important. Excellent to me.

  • I can't even blame him for what he did to Russo to make him Jigsaw. That man made you a part of his family and you didn't even try to stop it. Even if you didn't pull the trigger, how could you man? My kids looked up to you and loved you as their Uncle and you didn't stop it? Man.... :pacspit:
  • The showdown scene at their hideout where Frank took out all those Anvil cats was :banderas:
  • fukk that Lewis cat. But it just brings home the fact that all these fake patriots need to sit their corny asses down. There's cats that are really fukked up out there after dealing with war. All this fake patriotism over the flag....mufukkaz don't give a damn about these guys coming home and needing help man. :to:
  • At least Kurt made it, I was afraid he wasn't gonna :whew:
  • So glad Frank didn't fukk Sarah...he had some honor
  • Speaking of Sarah, damn she needed some dikk :laff: . Had my man Micro bustin after 5 strokes. Oh yeah... :dame:
  • Can't wait for Season 2 and seeing how bad Frank fukked up Billy's face. I'm sure Jigsaw kills Madani in season 2 or really fukks her up.
