What's the difference between Jabari and Derrick Williams
Jabari is so much more freakishly skilled. I don't think there is much of a comparison do to Jabari being much more gifted on offense but both are tweeners and can't defend any position on the court. Williams is a great athlete but it doesn't matter unless you got great off the ball skills as well as the ability to take your man off the dribble.

Everywhere...You never there.
so is it jabari fault his team mates not really good at creating for themselves?
this is the same knock last year with Austin Rivers but he wasnt passing it either

This is what I'm getting at...

Jabari is a part of the problem. UVA players aren't any better but they play as a team, not Jabari isos and shyt. Quinn is the only player I can say he plays outside of himself outside of Parker. Hood, Sheed, and others play team ball.

But man, isn't it K's job to reign that shyt in, and get them to trust the process...I'm beginning to think he just doesn't have "IT" with public school, non trust fund hoopers. Or either JP senses he had the greenlight regardless...and that's still a top down issue.

Both are PF's who have to play SF in the NBA but yeah, Williams can't play SF on offense and defense successfully while Parker will be an elite offensive SF in due time.

Jabari would get chewed up at the 4 in the NBA. I don't envision Jabari as someone who will grab board after board in the NBA. He may do fine for a 3, but Amar'e-like for a 4.

I agree but as of college ball and right now, Jabari is a PF.
The only PF I can see doing well at SF outside of Parker is Gordon and that largely depends on who drafts him.

IMO Gordon doesn't have a position. When the game slows down nobody will be exploited more than him. He has more of a chance at SF, but I think he'll have massive defensive limitations regardless.

But someone will tell him to claim he's both forward spots to show off his "versatility"

I think he will be a great defender overall. He defends like Shawn Marion so I have no quarrels with his D not to mention he is an elite athlete which is rare to find.

I like his offense more than most. Great passer. Great off the ball offensive player. Can dribble drive at a high rate. BUT... Not good in the post, limited range, can play off of him and effect his impact offensively not to mention he isn't great in the half court with the ball. With the right personnel grouping, he could be a better version of Khawi Leonard potentially. With the wrong grouping, he could be a bust bigger than Derrick Williams.

IF he could defend like Marion (he can't. All they have in common is that they have springs and that they're heavily dependent on a PG to set them up)

He's a hard guy to grade because the way I see it, his best contribution to a team would be off the bench where player positions don't mean as much since you mix and match
