I need that promotion at work, big dogs. Shyt sucks because I'm always told I'm doing my thing, get nothing but praise across the board, and get a decent annual bonus/merit increase...........but my career's been stagnant with the vertical movement since i haven't changed titles or anything in almost 5 years now.
Actively looking and interviewed recently...but would honestly love to continue growing at my current company. Been here 12 years. I need to go from #8 to #24 already like Kobe did. Come on, now!
Also might be looking to get started on that EMBA once in-person classes are back in the next year or so, too. Feel like it's needed for me to get considered at those higher levels in my industry, really.
