injured rookie? what the fukk are you talking about. he had a minor meniscus tear and he isnt even a rookie :childplease:
and it's back loaded...15 mill in the last year...that shyt wont even come into play with amare and tyson chandlers deals.
what the fukk is overpaying to the billionaire dolan :birdman:

IKBM....he was essentially a rookie last year. He is still unproven. I liked him but honestly I don't think he is confident in himself...thus he is looking to cash out dog. Like Landry....

If they pan out to be superstars, thats great....but I don't see Lin beasting for Houston. Just my opinion though. We will see.

But I have to :pachaha: @ the Rockets possibly having 30 million of their capspace tied up in Lin & Omer Asik in a few years

Didn't he say that something like "I don't care if I'm having I bad game, I'll take the shot if I want"?

I know he said something similar to that when he was here

I remember him saying something to the effect of wanting to be the guy taking the big shots down the stretch. He cost us a game (don't remember against who) like the very next day trying to prove he can be a go-to player

are you denying the fact that he's shown potential and talent?
if you wanna call his run a fluke be my guest....but you cant throw up those kind of numbers he put up with no talent or skill. and he has more room to improve. that money isnt shyt for dolan....this aint the mets.

Nope...not denying that he showed potential and talent. I rooted for him...even when he struggled. It wouldn't justify him making over $10 million in any year though...not in my mind at least.

I will root for him when he is in Houston, I guess. I would not want the Knicks to handcuff themselves to another questionable contract. We have had enough of those.

 @ Lin's contract causing Dolan to probably up our Cablevision bills. That new MSG contract they signed with Time Warner last year probably helps too.

The man makes money regardless, people. This team is a toy to him...a perennial profitable one, at that. One of the few teams that can legitimately say that annually.

Felton was solid when he was here and can be solid again. I got more trust in him than Jeremy "I cant remember when it was so hard just to take dribbles" Lin.

35 games ain't enough time to tell if a player is legit or not, but if Lin plays like last year he'll be worth the money. So fukk it, I think the upside is there, so why not sign him, like ikbm said, luxury tax ain't shyt to Dolan:yeshrug:

Besides, I think he'll flourish coming off of the bench, he played his best ball with the second unit, and he'll have half of the pressure and attention focused on him. Not to mention we have enough shooters to stretch the floor for him and to capitalize off of his kick outs, since that's most of his game. I honestly think the best situation for Lin is NY, I don't think he'll turn into the player he's capable of being if he ends up on some other team.

I'm torn in this J Lin shyt, apart of me is like :manny: let him go we can get a couple of vets and be good....then the other half is like :takedat: this mofo looked like a star at one point and even after teams figure him out for that lil stretch he still settle in and look good...but I got faith in Grunwald, I'm happy landry gone because if he would have came back with that broke ass jumper he would have officially taken KG spot as the player I hate thevmost.
