STAT will get shopped, but you're selling low and you're only gonna get a crappier deal back. Nobody's gonna do the Knicks any favors on that front, especially since his issues are injury related, not an issue in terms of fit.

When the Knicks went into Super Team mode, having 3 or 4 guys take up so much of the cap was the life y'all chose.

And I can't see Brooklyn taking Amar'e simply because they'll be too busy trying to keep Williams and go after Dwight (also they gotta figure out what to do with Lopez since he's an RFA), Humphries too. They can't lose all of em.

Everyone's gonna call up and beg for Steve Nash this summer. For someone who plays at the level that he plays, why take a pay cut to join a team whose system might not be tailor made for you (Woodson OR Jackson), whose going to be grooming Lin, AND who might not be that much closer to a title with Nash? Lin's not the big weakness on the team.

Oh, and good luck dealing Lin (and packaging Toney along with him). SG's are becoming so rare to find, and the truth of the matter is that Lin is worth more to the Knicks than he is to any other team.

Im Just Trying To Grasp At Anything I Can Bruh, Im Stuck Between Wanting Change And Letting This Team Stick Together For Once, The Financial Issue Is A Huge Burden That Im All Too Familiar With, I Dont Wanna Go Back To That, I Just Wish We'd Operate Like A NORMAL fukking Team For Once

I'm not sure if Novak or Smith are going to be out of our price range this summer. They both KILLED their stock during the playoffs. If I had to make a choice, i'd bring back JR.

Fields has to go. I like him, but he's proven to be useless for this team.

We have to flip Toney's contract into something positive right? :guilty:

Resign Lin, & find a decent pg for real cheap which is going to be damn near impossible.

I think because of the lockout, there are a LOT of teams that have to make real financial decisions before harsher penalties kick in. Your team is strapped for maneuverability, whereas my team has a ton of maneuverability but only this summer to actually do anything about it. Either way, a lot of roster turnover is coming.

Not saying the Knicks need Phil Jackson or anything but their team could benefit from the triangle. If Melo and JR were positioned to take efficient shots that offense would be incredible. He should stay.

JR is erratic as fukk, but not a bad Plan E. Him and JJ Barea would be fighting like crazy to play Hero Ball

*light bulb goes off*

Wes Johnson for either a re-signed JR Smith or Toney Douglas :krs:

Honestly I wanted to believe in this team i lied to myself this teams garbage straight up isolation Anthony or Iso Amare so he can bounce around like bull in a china shop and turn the ball over. Amare is horrible if they could ship him out of town i would help him pack his bags with quickness.

Novak was nice but dude is worthless if hes not draining threes worthless if someone wants to pay him nice knowing ya.

Fields dont even get me started on fields dude is almost as offensively inept as jefferies.

Lin will see i'm 50/50 on dude i'm hopin he dropped off due to being brought in and playing massive minutes after never doing it before.

This teams in bad shape.

Jr Smith is a guy that makes bad shots, which makes him feel no shot is a bad shot. We've seen how that's worked out.

Dude is an inconsistent bone head. Wee can do better.

Novak could have a role, but Woodson has zero idea on how to implement an offense other than throw it to Joe Johnson/Carmelo and everyone else get out of the way.

If Novak can come at the right price and we actually have a PG he's an asset.

After Woodson took over in the reg. season, Novak was still getting plenty of shots, so to say he can't get his FGA's in this offense is stupid.

At some point you just have to tip your hat to Miami's perimeter defense (which is probably tops in the league). They targeted him as somebody who they were not going to allow to beat them. With their speed on D and the lack of options we had on offense due to injuries, it was much easier for them to key in on taking Novak out of the series.

im cool with giving the stat/melo/tyson core one more year, give em an off-season and training camp and see what happens. if they fail again, move amare.

novak? peace, unless ur willing to come back for minimum(which he wont) dude was absolutely worthless out there. if hes not completely wide open, he plays no role. have fun on the spurs and help duncan win another one.

smith? pick up ur option? cool. u dont? cool. dont really give a shyt about ur twitter whining, you played horribly when we needed u the most. peace the fukk out.

lin? cool with giving him the mid-level, also cool with letting him go if getting nash is a possibility.

fields? die.

jeffries? cool with giving him the minimum

toney? see fields.

get phil, sloan, or thibs if possible, otherwise bring back woodson.

You know what? The possibility of Lamar is intriguing as fukk to me.... It gives melo the space he needs all over the floor and Lamar is a pretty decent rebounder isn't he?
