Woodson is infatuated with JR's ability to get his shot off in 1 on 1 situations. If landry fields is the alternative solution, he'll leave JR out there with the green light every time.

If your post game is above 50 now, I need y'all to re-rep. I got grey boxes which means your pos-rep didn't do shyt for me :to:

So many shots he put up that had me like :dwillhuh:

neggas can't complain now though, when he was doing that all season only a few of us were mad and the rest of the fanbase was on some :yeshrug:
I guess they forgot the bad thing about JR Smith is that while he can win you games, he can also lose you games too :rudy:

I've always said though that I'd play Landry more because he'll definitely give you better shots. And it showed in this first round against the heat...dude was 1 make shy of 50% field goal shooting (15-31). Dude even shot better from the ft line. I can live with the fukkups that result from a lack of talent over fukkups from a lack of intelligence. They both give effort so that's not a problem but JR needs to be smart and Landry needs to be better.

Landry wasn't doing shyt until Game 5 and that was when the game was already decided, so I can't give him that much credit. Bottom line is they both sucked this series

he didn't really play though except for game's 3 & 5. And he still put up better production than he did against the Celtics :yeshrug:

I agree and I'm no fan of JR, but at least he's played alright this season, while Fields was shooting air balls on open jump shots.

Woodson is believed to be close to signing with CAA, whose list of coaching clients includes the Bulls’ Tom Thibodeau and Kentucky’s John Calipari. CAA also represents Carmelo Anthony, who has endorsed the re-signing of Woodson.

This isnt good.

Seriously Fields was a huge disappointment this year. I'm really not impressed with him he flat out sucks. JR chucked a lot but at times with the offense he was out there with there really wasnt any other options. No PG no shooters on the court what was he supposed to do but go one on one and chuck. The only problem is he does it weather hes on the court with Melo and Stat or Jefferies and Fields.

No one will argue with that line of reasoning. But there's a reason we forgive Melo for it and we say :snoop: when JR does it. You can only use that excuse for so long

All this talk of "I don't give a fukk if so and so comes back" or "so and so can kick rocks"...I'm sure this has been discussed at length but looking at the salaries....

Tyson
Stat
Melo
Harrellson
Shump
Douglas
Jordan

are the only people locked up for the season - 2 of em being end of the bench guys and Shump likely won't see the court till January.

Novak, Jeffries, Smith, Lin, Fields and Bibby are all gone/fringe with maybe Jeff/Bibby taking LLE's Smith taking the QO and little money to split between Novak, Lin and Fields unless they do us favors...

Assuming any 3 of those 6 don't return....honestly...what the fukk is out there to fill the roster out with of any value? :sadcam:

If Smith picks up his player option, Lin can be signed with the MLE, Fields can be signed without affecting the cap (which we'll already be over), and Jeffries & Bibby haven't earned anything more than a vet minimum. Novak is probably gone
