Book is superb bruh. I'm only on Chapter 10 right now, ashamed of myself because I usually knock out a book or 2 a month, been on this shyt for 3 weeks now draggin ass. Definitely been applying it, already kicked/replaced a lot of frivolous little bullshyt habits.
