When they first joined joe who knew what it would become. I would think they have a contract now and of course would be getting more than 5k.

Pods are hot, money is being thrown around. Deserve got nothing to do with it. It's like skill players in the NFL getting progressively larger deals yearly: cost of doing business.
All that being said...would I give Rory and Mal 10mil if I was looking for "content" on my platform? Hell no. I enjoyed their exposal of Joe, but haven't been bothered to watch their content outside of the first few minutes here or there. It's bloodless. Boring sex humor that is better left in a group chat. Girl talk that seems completely lame, from guys who clearly use their proximity to power/money to attempt to talk to hoes. And the music stuff is whatever. I was surprised/impressed they didn't slobber all over the new Drake album tho. But doesn't seem like they offer much insight on any music shyt, to the point I feel like I'm missing out by not listening. I'm sure it's the same "Griselda is dope, man can't wait for Gibbs to drop, etc" shyt.

Joe is a scumbag so 5k sounds believable. Sure…60k a year for a part time job is very nice on real world terms, especially for dudes working retail full time like Ice. Bigger issue to me is…I understand Joe’s shyt isn’t doing well so he can’t spend like crazy but even if he got a big deal he wouldn’t do right by these dudes lol.

I think it's believable. When Mal and Rory did their rebuttal show to Joe, they said Joe told Rory he could get both of them (Ish and Ice) for half of "one of y'all" (Rory and Mal). So if Ish and Ice are getting 5k that would mean Rory and Mal were making 20k each.
Assuming all that is true, this really worked out for everybody. Rory and Mal moved on, got a bag, and got their own shyt. Joe replaced them with much cheaper alternatives without sacrificing the quality of the pod, and Ish and Ice get to earn a few extra coins with the potential of building their own brands and doing something else later on if they chose. Who could be mad?
Ice doesn’t work in retail that’s just his gimmick he’s been running with lmao. It’s part of his shtick.
