And he further said Nas should be on a mountain and not included in the talks of top mcs today because he god level. Also said how he and Hov have been off beat kinda in their later projects to which Ish agreed. I just wanted to see ppl assume lmao

yeah. And that’s natural. Who doesn’t slow up after 20+ years? I highly doubt we’ll ever see something like Nas and Jay-Z ever again in terms of consistency.

if we have to make a sport comparaison, nas and jay are like lebron or federer now, veterans who had to modify their game to ajust to the fact that they are no longer in their prime, but still able to dominate the game because what they lack in speed and acuracy they compensate with technique, iq, experience and anticipation. nas is not as sharp and intricate as on iww, but the flow still there, he chose better production and make great songs and albums. To be able to perform at a high level at his age is impressive

Spin The Block feat. Ransom (Part 1): https://www.patreon.com/posts/spin-block-feat-57295550

Whether you're familiar or not with the history of Joe Budden and Ransom, you won't want to miss the episode many of their fans have longed for. After exchanging diss songs and having tension during their careers, the two New Jersey natives quickly discuss their past disagreements, where things went wrong, and the beauty of their reconciliation. Ransom also explains the pros and cons of being labeled an 'underground rapper' in today's climate, compared to the early 2000s. Ish and Ice are continuing to adjust to their popularity and ask Ransom how he's managed to handle unwanted attention from fans, Ransom's thoughts on the current state of Hip Hop, when his next album is set to release, and MORE!

Joe thinks this is the 90s and 2000s where everyone is in competition.
He’s a werido a lot of these artist like each other . Yes you still have competition but they feel like they can get money together so they don’t care about being the top dog like back in the day . In most cases it’s like shyt let’s use each other fan bases to sell more records .
