what about the financial backing? it can become expensive to upload, market and manage your own podcast. i imagine it's the same for several podcasts on a network.
a lot of that is helped by ad revenue, which Joe seems to be against because he thinks if you're gonna advertise for Manscaped on his show/network, Manscaped has to sign a 360 deal with Joe on all profits moving forward.

I agree with him about the bonuses, not necessarily the days off, I dont feel sorry for anyone complaining about not getting days off at a high paying job working 2 days a week.
I think he's off the mark expecting to get the same amount as parcast when he's unwilling to sign the type of contract that parcast signed.
Cant he kill it just on Youtube? Like a platform completely owned and operated by him. I know youtube takes a nice chunk but he would still make a crazy killing. The full episodes pulling in like 300-400k+ every episode, round that off to around a milly a week...the snippets pulling in another 50-100k+ every time, etc... He would make off like a bandit. But he knows better than me...or at least his manager does, lol

I agree. It's not because Drake don't make great music, but he has appeal to different segments of his audience who want different things. Tyler doesn't have that problem but then again he's not a global popstar.
