forcing 2 eps a week...being muffled by spotify and toeing the line with these acts has watered down the show TREMENDOUSLY

as I said before...I’m happy for the success...but it’s changed the show for the worse imo

I’ve listened to almost 300 eps

I would like a show that I’ve been a huge fan of to be better and absolutely take it to the next level as they always say they want to do

the pod actually made me sit down and stream the lupe ep a couple times. the song is goofy but i already knew what the takes online would be: its some sort of brilliant, masterfully written metaphor. i will give props to its producer tho.

Perfectly said. Or if they are going to do 2 shows, make them shorter and make Wednesday be about current events and Saturday be about New Music.

I heard parks bought/rented additional space “upstairs” from where’s he at

I would imagine he wouldn’t do that unless they solidified a deal with someone

Why would they do only 1 ep a week? It'll probably be less money. I think wherever they go, they probably will still be 2 episodes a week. I still think they may do a deal with Spotify. This seems like some public negotiating tactic.

If they leave Spotify, it can probably only be for Youtube, APPLE, or Twitch. I doubt they would go behind a paywall.

I never listened to a Logic album ever. Listened to maybe 3 songs. So I’m no fan of his. This shyt weak as hell how they go in on him because he has no backing from a crew. Sucker shyt. It’s way worst rappers that deserve this treatment. But it’s a possibility they might get punched in face talking shyt about a rapper with a crew. But whatever lol

After that Ian call today it’s pretty much a done deal.

I think parks has consistent income outside of the show. He’s constantly working on music. He might not be a millionaire but he does well enough for himself if the podcast crumbles. He’s also one of the few members who lives low-key. Mal on the pod talking about he can’t NOT fly first class lol

Em definitely had his own style and his own personality.

Logic is just a boring guy who sounds like he got his skills from reading a book on "how to rap"and makes his songs based on what the most celebrated artists out are doing, making it very boring and fake. But i've got to admit that I don't know what he's been doing since the beginning.

Other than that he seems like a great guy, who grew up with drug addict parents, black and white. Don't know how one can hate him so much when you barely hear his name unless you listen to Joe Budden podcast. You have to actively look for him to hate on him

That's another thing, from my understanding Logic is self-described as a super soft guy who tries to be nothing but positive as well, who doesn't even diss back. I don't know how it can feel well to spend so many hours dissing such a person
