I mean they have acted like complete idiots for months now regarding negotiations...at first it was all celebration music claiming they got all the leverage...now it's under your breath comments about not being valued

I truly think Joe trying to “cash out” against a phone app company that he already has a deal with is an uphill battle.
they simply have too much information about the engagement of people that listen to the podcast. If Spotify’s main goal of the Signing the JBP was to get people to stick around on Spotify after the pod is over then they know how well that’s working

This is terribly stupid rhetoric and used as a distraction to excuse shytty police behavior.
The police aren’t going anywhere, that’s not what ‘defund’ means. When your house is getting robbed you can still call them.
BUT there needs to be serious reallocation of funds. Go look at how much of our tax dollars get spent on police and the militarization of said police, compared to things like education and public roads. They’re treated more like Robocops than they are public servants, that’s what needs to change.
The police need to be policed, there is no oversight or accountability they’re held to right now. That’s what needs to change. Doing so won’t create this lawless Hellscape that you and other Republicans are trying to create.
