The thing is… I’m not carrying water for joe but cardi still hasn’t put out a second album. This is a thing people are gonna talk about. It’s been like what 7 years and the biggest female artist in the world has not dropped an actual follow up album. Cardi is also triggered because it seems like Joe has a personal relationship with Nicki and cardi thinks he’s doing this on her behalf.
And Joe isn’t always “hating” on cardi, thats a weird narrative all these rappers bring up anytime they hear criticism about themselves every few months. He will compliment or gas drake/cardi, etc for weeks and then the moment he says one thing remotely critical of how they’re putting out or not putting out music they do this
This is like everything else where joe is on his podcast talking shyt, the artist get mad and try to drag him on social media and two months later, everyone agree’s ‘joe was right after all’ and he just gets more ratings for the pod.
Every one of cardi’s fans are gonna listen to the podcast Saturday now lol

Shether what though, she’s barely an active artist. Maybe she needs an actual real beef with a bigger artist than her to get her out her house.

Yea, I didnt listen to the segment where they discussed cardi on the pod. But she a hot female rapper, they gonna compare cardi/meg etc to them. Same thing Nicki had to go thru until Nicki separated herself from the pack. Now they dont compare Nicki to too many ppl until they reach the top.
It also doesnt help that her husband is posting on IG about how she should just drop as well.
