Ian has done nothing new to make the claim to have the best podcast/broadcasting. Flagrant 2 been doing patreon drops for years before JBP did it. Broadcasting wise The Volume gets them outta here. Shannon/Gil/Cam & Mase also get them outta here. They have partnerships set up with Underdog/The Volume. They worked in their contract to make new shows with the backing/marketing of Underdog/Volume. In Shannon's case Colin is teaching him all the rope on being a production company and Shannon working on making tv shows. Gil worked his deal to where Underdog pays him to lease his channel and gets paid for each new sub that gets added. Dan lebatard's company managed to get a tv deal and just signed All the smoke.

All that and not to mention obviously Rogan got the best business in podcasting. What metric is he even using to say they have the best business in podcasting. Maybe the splits. I could see Joe/Ian being on that shyt where making 90% of 5 million dollars generated is better than making 50% of 100 million being generated.

It's most likely that. They had the convo using Jay as an example before. Example was something like Jay only getting 100% of 10M with Ace of Spades vs selling 50% to whoever he sold it to and that company taking him to a new level and he get 50% of 150M or w/e. Ish and Ice looked at Joe crazy when he said he would stick with the 10M fully owned. The thing is, if Ian is as good as he claims, he should know he could go into those type of deals and keep control while in the deal and word it in a way that if shyt goes left they would still walk away with ownership of the pod. Just like Shannon has it set up with The Volume. You can tell how Shannon talked on the Cam(newton) interview, he most likely plans on leaving the Volume once he learns all he can about setting up his own shop/production.

Joe wrong on the youtube shyt. It doesnt matter how long he been posting on youtube. The JBP episodes is what got his subs popping and he gets s grip from ads on there.
