That's why I wanted to listen to the segment for. To see if it was just hate. Joe fumbled that pul upl shyt so fukking hard. Shannon is also of the culture, he just doesnt follow the younger generation, why would Shannon care about a migo's ex or w/e. He has discussed liking the older rappers. Also the interview with Glorilla was good as hell because they both country as hell :yeshrug:

Joe was spot on on what Shannon’s interviews have become. Yall just hate the nikka and disagree with everything he says. You can tell Shannon’s team comes up with most of the questions and he don’t know **** about a guest like Saweetie and it comes off as robotic with his style of interviewing. However, if it works, Shannon should continue it.

That is legit with every big interview platform. Joe is the only that doesnt use research and shyt. Do you think Oprah/Hudson/Larry King knew all the ppl on their platforms? It's not specific to rap.

That's just smart business. Why not make use of your team to provide you cliff notes and interesting interview topics? Shannon's best quality is he comes off like somebody we all know, like that one loud ass uncle that loves to get drunk and talk shyt. As long as the guests feels he's relatable and they open up to him then he's doing his job. The formula seems to be working.
