If I was Joe, I'd just come out and admit my past fukkups and speak on it in an honest way. Try not to do it in a way to admit specifics to try and protect yourself from lawsuits. Just come out in say that he was on drugs and not in control of his emotions. Then talk about how fukked up and wrong that behavior is and then talk in detail about the work he's done since then to stop that behavior. Take that bullet out the gun. Only reason anybody can use his past abuse against him is because he never admitted to it.

It's like with Puff how he denied until there was solid proof which then makes the apology empty as fukk.

The problem with that is Joe has been on record to deny these things in the past. The second he admits to engaging in that, his past accusers and fans will dig up all his public denials (some of them are recent) to expose how not serious he is.
