I ain't gone lie, I understand it. That 3 million if you treat right can set you up damn near for life and you don't know if another big check will be following that. Plus after taxes it's a lot of money but not life changing money. So once you start breaking it down that ain't gone do all that much for you. But at the same time you risk fukking up your long money by fukking your people over so in the long run it probably ain't worth it.

I think the same of Joe. I do agree with the JBP on how bad the pods were towards the end of the R&M era. But in typical Joe fashion instead of looking inward and realizing that if he'd just opened the books and kept the guys happy they'd perform better, instead he uses them being upset and not performing as an excuse of why he wanted to move on.
