It's just crazy to me that people can't see through Joe's shyt. Just in that clip I just posted he got like 5 different reasons for not showing them the actual books. He's willing to GIVE them the numbers that he put together for them but not willing to show the actual books. I'm sure I'm missing some.

1. He says his feelings were hurt so he wouldn't show them.
2. He says he gave them numbers and they should just accept them.
3. He says he's done teaching nikkas and explaining taxes so he's not going to show the numbers.
4. He says he's not going to hit back at them and show the numbers to prove he wasn't stealing because he hits back hard and doesn't want to look like a bad guy.
5. 30 seconds later he says he doesn't care what the public thinks about his reputation (right after saying he doesn't want to look like a bad guy by hitting back) so he sees no benefit in opening the books to prove that he didn't steal.

People do but you have to realize that the forum also has members that are industry and from the ACTUAL podcast. And I say this with total confidence. Some of these responses and replies lack complete business understanding and morality.

So to add, you probably have some people who are just shyt humans as well.

I look at it like a Don King situation. Where you can work with another promoter and get paid fairly and make say 2 million dollars. Or you can sign with King and make 4 million knowing he's robbing you of 10. It's a hard decision to make. Getting paid good money to make a podcast is still worth it to him even if he knows Joe is probably making way more money off of them.

Look Joe even admitted to stealing from his own mother as a kid by going into her purse taking money. How these nikkas think he won't steal gross amounts of money as an adult from "friends".

these nikkas still don’t understand they were only getting a percentage of the profits from the JBP not a percentage of all the money Joe made

for instance,Joe can get a 5 mill check from Cashapp and decide to use 1 mill for the JBP and the other 4 for the rest of the network

now lets say they spend 400k on expenses producing the pod

That would mean R&M would get whatever percentage they agreed to of the remaining 600k

The problem is these dumb nikkas think they deserve a percentage of the original 5 mill but thats not how it works

If the JBP, not Joe, was get 5 mil and he used 4 mil for the network....that would be an issue. My understanding is that this is where the problem arose. He was funding the JBN off the profitability and income of the JBP, but interchanging JBN when it was time to calculate profits. We can't call anyone stupid without proof, but if Joe was funneling profits for the JBP to the JBN, what would you call that?

Agreed. We don't know a thing about how everything was structured. It's all speculation
