I’m cool with Adam but on one hand, he did make his career off of young ass kids in hip hop and as soon as that dried up, he switched it to a LA gang bangin podcast damn near.

Yeah after watching the YouTube clips I think im gonna pass on this one

I mean, the man has videos that has 270 million views on Youtube. One that has 814 m's. And it's not the generic toxic b.s. or over a trap beat wave that most of the new guys try to ride.

You can't listen to his music and tell me it's not R&B....so imagine if he was actually the face or male r&b at least or r&b in general with the sales and etc he's generating. Nobody would be saying R&B is dead.

Some of his music has a pop slant to it yeah, to be more digestible bit it's R&B through and through. You're right tho. He started off big in the pop culture world somehow and no matter if he's doing songs with 6lack, Ty Dolla Sign or Ari Lennox, he gets no love on most black networks, radio, podcasts or forums (including here).

I listened to a portion of the interview.

Adams positions is that if rappers are beefing and it could lead to potential death, it’s essentially his job to cover it.

He doesn’t see how he can fan the flame. Both sides have points but it’s wild that Adam can’t acknowledge how that’s an issue.

The interview being a 2 hour gang up on Adam session was weak though.
