it absolutely has...it's not the only thing that has caused its decline, but it 100% is a factor. limits its appeal to top 40, limits its appeal to people with young kids, limits its appeal to older folks who don't want to hear that in their music. Love on Top Beyonce could get burn on a boomer station, demon time Beyonce is not...same as crazy in love beyonce is a record a parent would buy for their 8 yr old, fukk him crazy beyonce is not.

ratchet parents/parents who dont care, sure. none of my friends play explicit music around their kids. many of them openly discuss how much it sucks to have to listen to kid music because there isn't much recent "normal" music that's ok to play in front their kids, i agree.

Some of the biggest actors on TV, that is the Game of thrones people were getting 100-200k per episode, that's like weeks of hard work per episode. Lil Baby gets 200k for standing on a stage for an hour.

The good thing with acting compared to being an artist is that you don't need to be a superstar to survive for 3 decades, there's more levels to it.
