Is the Melyssa Ford episode worth watching? 5 mins in and its all the usual gender wars babble.
Frank being 100% independent now is probably why we not getting another album for awhile
he described my shyt to a T.
1) i didn't know you only needed a 600+ credit score to get approved for an FHA loan (didnt even know what a FHA loan was)
2) renting IS just easy and i myself was scared of home ownership. but my mother owns properties that are now worth a grip more than she paid and she was never scared, she jumped right in and is now very comfortable

What he did change was the ability for artists to sell exclusivity (timed or not) rights to streaming platforms without the labels involvement

So much Nick Cannon dikk massaging they missed on the obvious dig at Joe. Owning your shyt is nice but owning something that isn’t worth shyt is meaningless. Owning your shyt and then partnering with a major corporation that gives you more exposure plus boat loads of cash>>>.
