This ties into the superstar convo for me. You know who didn’t miss shows, promo stops, shoots, etc because they didn’t feel like it or because of “mental health” reasons? Rihanna. Beyoncé. Even Britney Spears early in her career. There’s a distinct difference between how those talents acted and how this new breed acts. I’m not shytting on anyone for mental health issues. And while I haven’t heard her new album, the idea that there’s not a single song on the album that can be performed without her being upset/sad is laughable to me.

These artists are truly blocking their growth with this type of shyt. SZA been gone for half a fukking decade, crying on twitter. Aiko breezing in the wind. Summer retiring every 6 months. Etc.
