was listening to the latest episode, but had to cut it off when he started talking about chris watts and that breh who killed his pregnant gf and ex. He misquotes the documentary then almost rationalizes what the breh did to his ex because he couldn't see his kids. ill probably skip that part entirely

It's the truth. And it's a very fair critique. Saying the art has suffered doesn't mean no good male R&B artist exist. It can be more though, and in relation to the women R&B singers, it is no comparison. This was an overall discussion not simply mainstream even though mainstream examples were given.

Whenever you have a slew of artist only making art to get the bag, it's common sense that the art will suffer. People are programed to do what is successful and not stay faithful to the art.

People allow it because they understand it, but that understanding perpetuates the decline in quality because the person with the most money takes control of what is made. What get's the most attention controls what is made.

This is the social media era. Digital puppet strings everywhere.
No it was a discussion about mainstream R&B

Joe seem like he on that shyt again… the super dark ass topics out of nowhere… nikka talking about I’m sick, sicker than you can imagine, yelling at cohosts because they didn’t agree people should be able to throw shyt at Da Baby because he was paid well…

I’m legit concerned about that nikka. He starts every episode talking about he not going to yell and every episode his need to be right, and need to make other people bend to his will takes over. It’s seems like I’m watching a runaway train with no brakes speed down the track heading to a inevitable crash.

Listening to Joe get progressively more upset that Tank beat him in a debate is laughable. Followed by this "we need talk about race less" as PARKS of all people was lightly discussing some race/museum shyt...he's down bad folks. This is the mind of a dumbass who is looking at analytics, trying to figure out why he's losing. We need more women, so we talk about...black r&b...?

We need more white dudes, so we...ignore race issues, on a podcast featuring three black guys...?

Time to admit he's never going to get where he wants to get. Hell even if we throw the Joe Rogen dreams out the window...he's not going to get where Ak will presumably get. And all this stressing over numbers and anger is why he's out here mad as fukk at Nas for having a podcast lol. Or getting mad about Gillie lol. Weak shyt.

He refuses to let his co host carry conversations or introduce topics. Joe is super annoying right now

Even this mental health discussion is straight up deranged. Using your mental health campaign to attack someone for daring to bring up mental health while having...a complete mental health breakdown that resulted in him killing people? This is what happens when you allow charlatans to own mental health, making it some trendy bullshyt that you throw out as marketing. Mental health problems aren't always neat, quiet things that occur when you're alone or talking to your therapist. I'm so tired of CTG and Budden coopting this shyt and turning it into astrology or some shyt.
