I kinda get what he's saying regarding the algorithm.

It's bs especially in Joe's situation. He's claiming the algorithm is the reason his numbers fell off when there were clear reasons why people stopped watching. The dislikes and people all over social media saying they would stop watching as proof. Then he claims he built his number back organically when the truth is he used an algorithm cheat code to get his numbers back up . If you look on his YT page they upload a bunch of videos under a minute each week. YouTube algorithm gives a special boost to content creators that do this as part of their #shorts campaign (YouTube's competitor to tiktok).

But I don't think that alone is driving the views up. I think the podcast has been improving a lot later in terms of these 3/4 finding their footing and rapport. Also helps that the picking sides shyt has slowed down considerably
