Jesus that was terrible. Besides the cgi that was the second worst thing in black panther. Is it really that hard to find someone to do fight choreograohy? Hong Kong cinema used to have a lot of talent for it, wtf happened?

i think they don't want to pay.. it's not just the fight choreographer, which is also a fee for bigger guys.. you also need to pay for the training and setups they'll come up with

it's cool to train the matrix actors for 8 hours a day, 12 months in advance, for a 3 month shoot with a top of the line fight guy... but that shyt costs money every step of the way

getting the BP guy on a discount from marvel, and doing stunts simple enough that the actors can follow, cuts down on costs. lord knows the talent is still there. they could easily get some of the guys making films now.. guys from the raid, ip man, matrix, current kung fu, old kung fu, etc etc

We've already broken down last night's Iron Fist panel so as you'll no doubt already be well aware, a clip was shown featuring Danny Rand squaring off with Davos for the right to face Shou-Lao the Undying and decide the rightful Iron Fist. Apparently, both the hero and villain were decked out in the character's mask from the comics and now a leaked image from the panel shows Davos wearing his!

As you can see, it seems to have been taken straight out of the comic books and this hopefully means Danny will be making it a permanent part of his wardrobe as he looks to now take Daredevil's place.

We don't really know a huge amount about what else to expect in Iron Fist season two but after that disappointing debut for the series thanks to showrunner Scott Buck, we'll hopefully get to see the character redeemed here as Danny embraces his destiny and becomes the character from the comic books we all know and love.
