This felt like a mea culpa for season 1 and an audition for season 3.

this season was definitely better than the first. My only qualms was the dude that plays davos is so damn small. Like the whole series i was just at how tiny he is. Also alice eve just wasnt convincing as a bad ass to me. She looked like an actress tryna act tough instead of it just being natural. Her fight scenes were decent tho. They made sure to keep them titties bundled up too

I'm on ep 7 or 8 and this dude Danny still doesn't have his power back yet on top of his leg being brokeI like it more than season1 mostly due to Mary, Misty, and ColleenLadies legitimately been holding it down in this series. Devos is hilarious when he's whooping ass being so small

The entire plot of the season with the gang war made more sense as a Misty/Colleen story. They have roots in the neighborhood. Make Tyhpoid Mary a hired gun among the Triad.

Danny’s entire arc this season seem to be an acknowledgement of the faulty foundation Buck made as show runner giving the Iron Fist no motivation and Danny being characterized as a naive child.

I applaud them for not glossing over it.

Ward Meachum is the best character on the show so far.

Iron Fist needs a stronger ensemble cast. That's what Made Luke Cage tolerable this season

While the show starts action packed, Danny still looks stiff, Kolin is still the better martial artist and Davos out performs Rand in damn near every scene. The plot is contrived and damn near pathetic considering the budget spent on the season. I enjoy the "edge" they tried to put on Danny ala Luke Cage, but it comes off cringey; in that they decide to incorporate the dragon in a corny way. I don't know who's idea it was, but making Shou-Lao appear as two red lights in the background and or foreground, was dumb in season 1 and its even dumber in season 2. Episode 3 is probably the biggest slap to the face, as it consists of 40 minutes of everyone talking at Kolin's dinner table...No I'm not over exaggerating, yes its that boring.

The introduction to Typhoid Mary was lackluster, especially having a very boring Alice Eve play a very complicated character. Seems just like a lot of wasted potential just to throw out some easter eggs out there. Kolin once again takes all the scenes and all the best fights (next to Davos), Danny is once again "Orihime" and serves as the "princess in the castle", from passing out to being the king of laying on his back. It honestly feels like a joke. They really should've called it The Immortal Kolin...because this is her series, not Danny's. Misty and Typhoid didn't need to be in this, they served no real purpose besides to pander to feminists.

While there's way more action in this season then the last, it really just comes from Kolin and Davos. Honestly, having watched the whole thing, we didn't need the Meachums, Misty, Mary, or even Danny, and that's the problem, this was an "anime" about Kolin featuring limp fist. Yes the show delivered, with everything but The actual Iron Fist....

The show reminds me of Avatar Korra, the main character needs about 5 CT scans with how much they get knocked out. Danny is literally the Orihime of the Marvel series.....godlike power - does all his work on back.

Which makes zero sense since Kun-Lun is/was a hub of all martial arts in the known universe. The writers took liberty with nerfing how powerful that place is....so much fail there. But I agree, its about Kolin anyway, might as well make "Orihime" learn how to not get knocked out, and try to revive said sanctuary.
