yeah there's a lot of dust flying on my job and I have to clean my charge port everytime
had the headphone jack dirty and it was stuck on headphone mode

I gotta give Apple their props on the customer service side of things. My 7 Plus was having bluetooth issues and i needed to do an exchange. I went to AT&T where I got it and they said it'd be a $45 restocking for an exchange 
I went to the Apple store at the mall and they just hooked me up with a new phone on the spot. Took a long time cause they were packed, but it was worth it.

I think i figured it out I dropped my phone and the sound went off again before I dropped it and the sound worked again

I didn't know brehskiI plan on getting my first iPhone in the fall when that 8 drops. I currently have the Nexus 6p. I don't do contracts anymore so I will be paying full price. Should I buy it unlocked from the Apple store or get it from my carrier Sprint? I'm assuming if I get it from Apple I will need to call sprint to activate the phone and new sim card.
