have roughly 1 grand to spend on toys. currently using an iphone 5 16 gb :mjcry:, ipad air 2, 2010 15'' macbook pro.

option a: iphone 6s plus 16gb from apple store. ($1029 + 13% hst :whoa:)

option b: iphone 6 16gb + sony rx100 off craigslist. ($550 phone + $400 camera + $100 for extra batteries + 64gb sd card)

main goal is better pics and guessing a real camera would be a way better investment. plus i can learn the foundations of real photography from the ground up instead of clicking hdr / touch-focus. heard the iphone 6s plus camera was top notch though and comparable to the rx100 m1.

some amateur shots from my iphone 5

I'm the opposite

The lag on android while typing was just terrible

It would struggle to keep up

It's fast but highly inaccurate. Even when I save words it gets them wrong. I switched back to SwiftKey, which makes it a little better, but overall Google Keyboard was much better for me.

Was your lag everywhere or on the Coli? I remember a bug in the Coli reply area at one time that made replying and backspacing all fukked up.

I read one iPhone 6S+/Note 5 comparison video and they claim the Note 5's cameras is slightly better since it auto sharpens on some parts...

But, slightly... it doesn't really matter. The only way you'll see differences is if you put the 2 phones side by side

Yep once you get to the top of the class, you have to decide whether you like more natural pictures or more "usable" (sharpened, colored) pictures. Both are great for different reasons.
