My drunk azz dropped my Iphone 5s in the pool and now the shyt wont go Landscape mode when i move it to the side. The fukkin compass dont work. Nothing. Anybody know how to fix this?

Phone still in good shape otherwise tho. Minor set back.

ur lucky it works. mine fell in a glass of water a couple weeks ago, and the rice thing was not gonna work. had to get it replaced. luckily dude at apple was cool and did it for free.

I saw it on reddit and went around looking for expert opinions on it and the consensus seems to be that what he does on the video isn't much proof of anything, Gorilla Glass would have performed just as well

to get a real test on it you would have to place it over sand or concrete and throw the glass with full phone weight on a surface, only them would it tell you whether its better than Gorilla Glass or not

also it seems its just sapphire laminate rather than pure Sapphire which is why its hardness is questioned(Sapphire is the second hardest natural substance after diamond)

Sapphire is used on high end watches as well as camera lenses because of its durability and clarity

I've always said this... I never use cases for my phones, granted I have also had to replace the rear case on my 5 to restore the .. so I guess that can be taken with a grain of salt.

Get the elago case. Closest case to going raw. It's amazing how little bulk it adds

Yeah I have the 5s now and think it's right at the best size. One of the reasons I don't like the Galaxy phones is because the shyt looks like a damn iPad Mini, and I don't want my phone to be that big. I don't watch movies on my phone, I watch them on my Mac/TV. I have no use for a phone that damn big.

Hmm... i'll have to see the black one but it looks like this design won't be better than the 5(s). I don't like how round it is. I think they had a good thing going with machined edges and flush camera lens.

4.7" is really not that big. Honestly it's the perfect size

no, its server based. essentially apples servers would have to go down & the script that checks if icloud is on would have to magically be off too.

btw did anyone see T Mobile's new family share plan? $100 for 4 accounts 10GB total and you know Tmobile doesnt actually have a limit they just throttle you
