I pay for apps, i think its funny people spend so much on iphones but get mad at spending 1$ for an app

I got the 4S, Jailbroken still on 5.1. Honestly the ONLY reason why I still got the jailbreak is for the visual tweaks and the ability to use my phone as a modem without paying. I will probably stay with 5.1 until I get a new phone in september.

lol no, they use different frequencies you can use HSPA+ with a Verizon iPhone 5....the ATT one limits it.

All depends what frequencies they are going to be using. The easy answer is going to be No though unless you live in a huge city when LTE drops because expansion is really slow for that kinda stuff.
