Hey man

I bought a new 4S from a reseller (I am not from the US). Model MC924LL.

The box was unopened and had AT&T sticker on it and sim inside. I already bought iphones from this dude so he is trusted but when i saw AT&T sticker I am like what the fukk is this locked shyt you giving me here.

He was like lets activate this shyt right here if you dont trust me . So I inserted my sim of a local operator and it worked. Still do.

The problem is MC924LL model is listed everywhere as AT&T locked.

Can you explain this phenomena please?

EDIT - I've just checked IMEI status and it said locked too.

you can unlock an out of contract 4s by asking the carrier for it

Why would I pay 20$ to you when the shyt is working It activated fresh outta the box with a local sim card.

What I am asking is this - when you buy factory unlocked iphone in the US is it possible that they will give you one with a sim already inside or just unlock it in the store before giving it to you?

I thought you wanted it factory unlocked. But no, you dont get a sim when you cop a factory unlocked phone

Well it seems like it is factory unlocked cause its working with my local operators. AT&T sim went into bushes.

If it gets locked Ill transfer you 20$ .

Batteries are mega easy to replace. They are like 4-5$ off amazon and they usually come with a pentalobe screwdriver. If not those are only 1-2$


Fix that shyt!
