Considering the dude who writes the show decided on killing Wes at the last minute and because that would be the most shocking death, makes me think that this could end up being the jump the shark moment for HTGAWM like "Rita being killed by the Trinity Killer" was the jump the shark moment for Dexter.

That Rita shyt could've been a creative boost for the show. Instead it marked the beginning of the over the top sloppiness for them. They could've used that moment of the Trinity Killer's family ID'ing Dexter and the rest of the Miami PD suspecting Dexter of being off. Instead they just tied it up neatly with a bow and had the family ignore they knew him.
