mr clean magic erasers take almost anything off a wall.. just dont use an abrasive one

You can always power wash your concrete when the spring comes.... or dont use salt but use that other shyt they put on the roads because they dont want to kill the animals around.
rural areas use that and not salt.

and get yourself a lawnmower and weed wakker.. hedge trimmer too if you need it. ish isnt that expensive if you truly need to buy them.
or if you have the extra income, get someone to cut your shyt for $50, but it depends on how much grass and landscaping you have.
I tried the mr clean magic eraser to remove a mark off the wall and it made it worse

How do I easily remove scuffs and marks from from flat paint or do I just need to always have a can of touch up paint on deck?

I read that when you put salt on the ground that it eats up your concrete, how do I prevent that?

Oh and I don't know shyt about caring for grass and bushes

my pops is adamant against NOT using salt in the winter. I rarely use it myself. I have a step by the garage door where the snow on the roof will drip down and cause a sheet of ice. I have to put salt there so no one falls. as for everywhere else, I just shovel it and let the sun melt the rest for the most part and that works.

I'm horrible at gardening. I have a lawnmower, and edger and hedgeclippers. I throw some of that scotts weed and feed down in the spring, and cut the grass every week or two as needed.

I'm still looking. I need to settle buy June, I'm hoping I can get licensed and affiliated with broker before end of February so that I can buy my own damn property. I'm meeting with broker on Wednesday. My friend has a goal to buy up 100 properties this year so I'm hoping to help him with that. I would really like to be a real estate attorney but it's too much money for the schooling.

Are you making payments on it or work for a non profit?

If you work for government or non profit you can write the debt off as long as you've made 120 payments (10 years worth), if not you have to have had made 240 payments (20 years worth).
what if i make up 10 years payments worth in 1 day?:ohhh:

I bought a condo a of years ago. I would say that I was about 80% prepared. The hardest part for me was dealing with the bank. They want to know everything.
Get a good real estate agent and that helps a lot. Some agents have to many clients and if you're looking in a competitive market, you need someone who's going to stay on top of things. I looked and put in offers for 2 years before I bought my place. I went through 4 agents during the time.

Tips on building equity? :feedme:

pay down additional principle monthly on your payments or make additional payments.

or if you can switch your mortgage to where you pay every two weeks instead of monthly, that'll save you like 7 years off the 30 year mortgage.

OR you can refinance to a 15 year mortgage if you can afford that. the interest will be lower on those mortgages also.
