Brehs that have rental properties do yall prefer to rent to older people like 50-60 year olds?
1. Trying to get my grass together. I need to weed and feed.
2. I want to clean my basement up, the side where all the junk is stored and take down the old ceiling tile.

I got a fence installed this year.
fired my CAC landscaper and hired some Mexicans. They do a great job and mulch for $10 more.
getting my roof replaced in a month.
also installed an exterior motion detector light.
bought some new appliances for the kitchen too.
need a new AC unit and to finish my basement and that will be it for 2020.

Just got my whole house generator tuned up. Sounds beautiful now. Runs on natural gas and kicks on within 10 secs of power loss.

yes. if it's an older house, prepare for some abnormalities. It's a two person job and have plenty of shims to help keep it even.

Had some landscaping done to my front and side yard last month. I damn near cusses dude out cause I thought weeds was growing thru the just implanted stones but these hostas just starting blooming unannounced and they look delightful BREHS. I want to put up a natural hedge instead of an fence now
So I live in a suburb 1 block from a lake. This year I have seen so much wildlife it’s amazing.
