Yeah my take is like she said she knows he's dangerous ,that's why she didn't rat him out to jack and just dipped . She left the perfume I guess to say here's something to remember me by since his senses are so amazing .

Random thought would analysis reveal that meat Hannibal has is human ??
yeah I been wondering about that too, dont people get a reaction from eating humans?

Its going to be some dope shyt when Madds Mikkelson goes full on Hannibal and turns into a living horror show, hes enjoying his role now that no one suspects or will ever find him out. When he's caught he goes all Joker on us

"DO YOU DREAM MUCH WILL?!?"

There isn't much of a supporting cast to be developed, honestly. I mean a lot of people have theories about whom all is involved in the conspiracy and if they are, then I can hear the complaints about certain characters not being developed but until then all that matters is Cohle and Hart.

I was :damn: through that whole opening scene
yea that opening skin ripping scene had me like :scusthov:.. and i never get disturbed by anything.

this whole show is really dark and the color palette/hue is some depressing tone but i still love it :manny:

The show will always have the disadvantage of people knowing the story. Thrillers require suspense, so achieving that suspense is not an easy task. Especially when a show is stuck on NBC which is a handicap from the start.

But I think they have done a damn good job of it. Beyond that, it is possibly the most beautifully filmed show currently playing and that includes all of the HBO joints. The acting is another incredibly difficult thing to pull off because these are known characters who have been portrayed in the past by skilled actors, but I believe that each of these new actors has taken on the role really well.

There are moments of beautiful brutality, moments of emotional impact, and moments of fun (with a dark twist) like any time Hannibal is preparing dinner for his guests.

Like I said earlier, if this show was on HBO people would be going crazy for it. Unfortunately, 10 PM on Friday on NBC doesn't exactly scream 'watch me'
