Anybody used biotin for their hair? What were your results?
With Shampoo? Like 2-3 times a weak. Don't wanna do it too much because you'll strip out the nutrients in your hair.
Side note: I might need to create my own hair and beard butter for the winter months. I'm thinking an all natural extract of coconut oil, vitamin E, shea butter, jamaican castor oil and cocoa butter. I also might take my beard down a 1/4 of an inch.
Next year I'll cut it off and start grow it out again. I want to do it properly this time around. Should only take about 3-4 months to get back to it's current length. I also gotta clean up my diet and step up my physical activity. That all helps with good beard development.

hats causing receding hairlines is a myth. purely genetics fellas just so happen you like to wear hats or have to wear helmets.

I rock curls/twists but same idea with the fro.
i use a durag with velcro straps; strapped lightly...its called royalty headwear.
before i go to bed i moisturize my scalp and hair then throw that on. Your hair will be very soft and moist in the morning. nothing you can do about it flattening a little I mean i depends how you lay i guess.
Nah bro. I started construction at 18, wearing helmets for 8-10 hours 5 days out the week.
21 now, haven’t been in construction since the spring time and my shyt grew back.
I wish there was a way to take a hot comb through my beard, flesh it out and then trim the loose ends and split hairs. Might actually cut it off in 2020 then regrow it out and really use proper product from the ground up.
